Tasting Notes

Corte Aura’s Pas Dosé is straw yellow in colour with golden reflections with a constant and determined prelate. A scent of dried fruit and spices. A clean and refined taste, one of personality with a determined flavour. It is persistent and accompanied by certain notes of roasted almonds and hazelnuts, dried fruit and hints of tropical fruits, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif with salumi, the wine pairs perfectly with tasty foods, main and second coursed based on seafood, white meat sauce, shellfish. Ideal with raw fish.
