Tasting Notes

A Franciacorta that develops “insé” (“in sé” meanings “by itself” in Italian): nothing is added to its integrity and authenticity typical of a pas dosé. In the glass is shows a unique complexity whit dinstict aromas: the sweetness of honey, the freshness of thyme and aromatic herbs, the elengance of delicate  hints of vanilla and toast. On the palate it shows the integrity without compromise of a pas dosé combined with the balance of a great Franciacorta: structure and finesse.

The ideal pairing  is with selfish or salt – or fresh water fish. It also pair well with traditional charcuterie or soft cheese, savory and rich.
